Project Description

Project Description: McDonald’s hires more than 1 million employees across the globe annually. Lack of brand consistency and an outdated on-boarding process can result in increased expenses for the company, shareholders and franchise owners. Working with the client’s in-house brand experts, I implemented a digital training experience into a proprietary secure cloud publishing platform for improved brand consistency, quality control, employee engagement and measurable reduction in time to train new employees.

Project Scope: To develop a large selection of digital on-boarding materials in four phases, designed to be accessed securely on mobile devices in shoulder-to-shoulder training sessions and ongoing job reference.
